RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it within 14 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt dated within 14 days or less from the original purchase date.
Products can only be returned in original package and unused.
Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanging a product can only be done when the product is in its original packing and unused condition. When the product you want to exchange costs less than the new product you wish, we will charge you the extra costs. In reverse, we will refund the money overpaid when the new product is cheaper than the exchanged one. Shipping costs both ways are at your expense.

Just ad a note with your name, adress and phonenumber and reason for returning.
If you want to change an item, please also add the costs for returning to you and the price differents (iff higher).
Package without stamps will not be accepted.

When you want a refund please add your bankaccount, IBAN & BIC/Swift number.
