Artikel 1: Definitions
Meaning of the definitions stated in this policy:
1. Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak: party that delivers the ordered products
2. You: Order placer and/or user of the products.

Artikel 2: Payment
You can order our products as following:
Payment in advance: After we received your payment by bank we will send your order. Please keep in mind that with some banks the transfer may take a few days. When you fail to accept or pick up your order and it is returned to us, we can send it again. We will do this after receiving the extra shipping costs. When you do not want us to send your order again we will refund your money minus all shipping costs and administration costs. We do not hold responsibility for incorrect entered name, address and phone numbers. If you entered your address incorrect and your order is returned to us, the extra shipping costs are for your account. When we received the payment, your order will be sent over to you again. We do not hold responsibility for mistakes made by the transport company or any other shipping company.

Artikel 3: Appliance
1. When regular policy terms do not apply, these General Order Terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements of or with Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak.
2. Accepting an offer or placing an order, means you will accept the appliance of these terms.
3. Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak is permitted to use services of other parties while preparing orders
4. All rights and revendications named in these terms and in future agreements concerning Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak, also apply to third or other parties involved on account of Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak.
5. When the general terms of Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak contradict the terms used by the counterparty, the counterparty will resign those terms, unless those terms are accepted by Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak on paper.

Artikel 4: Offers and delivery
1. Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak will make sure that your order, done on the internet with Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak, will be delivered within 7 work days after receiving your payment if all products are in stock.
2. The delivery period mentioned above is an indication. The contracting party shall not be able to claim damages for late delivery at any time.
3. The maximum delivery period of Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak is 30 days. When your order is not delivered within 30 days on the entered address, you have the right to dissolve your order.
4. When you have ordered multiple products, and one or more products are out of stock, we'll send your order when all products are available. If this is the case, we will contact you.

Artikel 5: Color, Prize and product modifications reserved
1. All prizes and products in this web shop are VAT included.
2. Shipping costs are not included.

Artikel 6: Not satisfied/exchanging products
1. We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. This only applies when the products are in original packing and unused condition. Shipping costs are at your expense. Once the items are received, you will be credited with the appropriate refund.
2. When you want to exchange one product for another please contact us within 2 days after receiving your order. Exchanging a product can only be done when the product is in its original packing and unused condition. When the product you want to exchange costs less than the new product you wish, we will charge you the extra costs. In reverse, we will refund the money overpaid when the new product is cheaper than the exchanged one. Shipping costs both ways are at your expense.

Artikel 7: Damage during transport
When products you ordered do not reach you in good state make sure to contact us within 2 days after receiving the order. We will send you a new version of the same product without extra costs or we will refund the purchase amount.

Artikel 8: Warranty
Products with warranty can be returned to us. Shipping costs back and forward are at your expense. You can also return it in person/ pick it up in one of our shops. Damage caused by yourself or pet is will not be under any guarantee. Often we can replace or repair with a lower price, items for cage can be order separately so you don’t have to buy a whole new one.

Artikel 9: Missing products
When you have received your order and one or more products appear to be missing, please contact us within 2 days after receiving the order. We'll send the missing product(s) without extra costs or we will refund the purchase amount of these product(s).

Artikel 10: Collars, harnesses and leashes
When you have ordered a dog collar or harness with us we will contact you about the right size. When send to you, the product will be secured by a sticker. As long as you leave this on, the product may be exchanged. When this sticker is broken of damaged this exchange warranty does not apply. Exchanging the product can be done either by post or in one of our shops. When you choose to do this by mail the shipping costs are at your expense.
Warranty on our collars, harnesses and leashes last for half a year, unless mentioned differently. When products of the above named categories have biting, scraping, usage in (salt) water and/or dehydration marks, warranty will terminate. Also: damage to the above named products due to usage of retractable cord leashes (flexi), discolouration and wear are not covered by our warranty policy.
We accept returns within 8 days of you receiving your order. This only applies when the products are still secured with the unbroken and undamaged sticker, in original packing and unused condition. Shipping costs are at your expense. Once the items are received, you will be credited with the appropriate refund.

Artikel 11: Toys
Toys can be broken and not meant to be thoroughly gnawed upon. Never leave your pet unattended with its toys. We give no warranty on toys, because we cannot check on how those toys have been used.

Artikel 12: Circumstances beyond ones control
1. Circumstances beyond ones control concerning the agreement is all that is defined by Dutch law and jurisdiction as such.
2. Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak can not be hold to obligations stated in the agreement when these obligations cannot be met due to circumstances beyond their control. The agreement will be dissolved in such cases.

Artikel 13: Liability
1. Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak can only be hold liable for damage caused by their intention or fault or circumstances which through lawful regulations are accounted for as their risk.
2. When Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak is responsible damage as named above, liability will be limited at repair or replacement of the product, or refunding the price of the product when purchased.
3. Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak cannot be hold responsible for damage caused by your intention, fault and/or doing.

Artikel 14: Applicable act
1. By placing an order on our website you accept and abide by these general terms and accept that they are part of the agreement you will make with Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak.
2. Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak holds the right to change this policy and contents of the website at any and all time.
3. The contract of purchase between you and Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak falls under Dutch legislation.
4. Any disputes in pursuance of a contract of purchase will be judged by a competent court in Breda, the Netherlands, unless legislation provides another more competent court.

Artikel 15: Logos, trademarks, etc.:
1. The trademarks and/or logos of rats and Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak on this website are registered trademarks and are protected by the Merchandise Marks Act.
2. Use of these trademarks or the rats or Casper Dierenspeciaalzaak logos without consulting and written authorisation of the trademark owner in advance is not allowed and will be considered a violation of the Merchandise Marks Act for which the violator will be held responsible. This violation can in some cases lead to criminal consequences.
